eBay Verified Rights Owner Program and Intellectual property policy
You can find out more information about the VeRO program here.
Listings or products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others are not allowed on eBay.
What is the VeRO program?
eBay created the Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) Program so that intellectual property owners and their authorized representatives could report listings or products that infringe on their intellectual property rights.
It is in eBay's interest to ensure that infringing items are removed from the site, as they are illegal, and erode the trust of our buyers and sellers.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that any item they list on eBay is authentic and that their listing does not infringe on the rights of others.
If you see a listing that you think violates the rights of the intellectual property owner, you can help by informing the rights owner.
